Flora Nelle Ray

Flora Nelle Ray, age 91, of Calhoun, passed away July 18th in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Flora was born July 9, 1926 in Ranger, Georgia, daughter of the late James Kirby and Alice Kregg Kirby. She was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener who loved working in her yard. She was a loving wife and mother. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Willie Ray. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Ray Baggett of Lawrenceville; three grandchildren, Deanna Baggett and her boyfriend Edgar Jaimes, Kevin Baggett and his wife Sara and Kjell Baggett. One great-grandchild, Roman Jaimes also survives. Graveside rites will be conducted Saturday August 26th at 2pm in Fain Cemetery with Dr. Laurence Sherr.
