Evangeline "Eve" Gibson

Evangeline “Eve” Gibson, age 93, of Calhoun, Georgia, and formally Dallas, Georgia, passed away on April 13^th, 2023, at The Fountains in Calhoun, Ga.

Eve was born on August 14^th, 1929, in Miami, Florida, daughter of the late Lloyd Randolph Cooper and Kathleen Thomas Cooper. Eve was a realtor for many years with Northside Realty, and later in her life retired from the company. She was an avid animal lover and adored taking her horse, Kismet, out for a trot. Eve was a loving and caring grandmother and great grandmother. She will forever be remembered by her grandchildren as GiGi. In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her husband, Harry S. Gibson; and two children, Theresa Cranford and Larry Kincaid.

Eve was survived by two grandchildren, Russell Cranford and wife Lynne, and Randy Cranford and his wife Olivia; and great grandchildren, Thomas Cranford, Sierra Cranford, and Raelynn Cranford.

Her wishes are to be cremated with her beloved horse, Kismet’s, tail. The family will have a private service at a later time.
