Eva Mozelle Temple Cantrell

September 22, 2010 Eva Mozelle Temple Cantrell, age 90, of Plainville. Died Tuesday evening September 21st at her residence. Eva was born August 25, 1920 in Bartow County. Daughter of the late Ed and Rosa Strickland Wilbanks. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Dan River Carpet and Fox Manufacturing. She was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Blue Ridge. Besides her parents Eva was preceded in death by her husband, B.H. Temple. Her son, Billy Lamar Temple, Sr., a daughter, Louise Roger, a stepson, Waymon Temple, three brothers, C.L., Dee, and Tom Wilbanks. Four infant children also preceded her in death. Survivors include her son, Buddy Temple and his wife June of Plainville. One brother, Edgar Wilbanks and one sister, Ruby Jenkins both of Acworth. Seven grandchildren; Tony Temple and his wife Becky, Donna Harris and her husband Jeff, Kim Kirkham and her husband Eric, Billy Temple and his wife Libby, Lori Knight and her husband Michael, Jody Temple and his wife Alethea, and Jason Temple and his wife Amy. Seventeen great-grandchildren, five step-great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Friday September 24th at 4pm from the Revealed Word Tabernacle in Plainville. With Rev. J.T. Padgett and Rev. Dutch Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve Morrow in charge of grave side rites. Pallbearers serving include; Jeff Harris, Jeff Temples, Jeff Jenkins, Stewart McNelley, Eric Kirkham, and Jimmy Parris. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 5 until 9pm.
