Mrs. Eunice Elizabeth Baker Morrison age 73 of 218 Pioneer Drive, Calhoun, died Wednesday August 27th. in Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.
Mrs. Morrison was born in Gordon County on Nov. 10, 1934 daughter of the late Paul Virgil Baker and Mary Gertrude Harris Baker and had been a lifelong resident. She attended Blackwood Springs Baptist Church and had been employed by Synthetic Industries. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband; John Henry Duvall, three brothers; Max, Jack and Richard Baker, a sister; Ruth Flood, a step-daughter; Angela Diane Newell and a granddaughter; Laura Regina Duvall..
Survivors include her husband Ray Morrison of Calhoun, two sons; John Allen Duvall of Calhoun and Wesley Tyler Duvall and his wife Regina of Colorado Springs Colorado, two daughters; Robin Gayle Duvall of Calhoun and Kristine Cecelia Duvall also of Calhoun, step-son; Steve Ray Morrison of Piedmont, Alabama, grandchildren; John Wesley Duvall, Mason Touchton, Steven Newell and Brittany Newell, Haley Garton, Cody Garton and Kyndal Garton Duvall along with several Great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday August 29th. from the Blackwood Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Connor officiating. Interment will follow in the Blackwood Springs Cemetery.
Jane Ellen Fite will have charge of the music.
The Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday evening August 28th.
