Eugene German

Eugene German, age 76 of Resaca, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in Gordon Health Care. Eugene was born November 10, 1935 in Gordon County. Son of the late Clarence and Mary Elizabeth Silvers German. Eugene was a mormon and formerly worked for Spring Mills. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by; His wife, Janie Ruth Stanely German. And two sons; Terry and Jeffery German. Survivors include; one son, Teddy German and his wife Lorene of Ranger. Two daughters; Susan Sanford and her husband Tommy, and Tammy Stone and her husband Jeffery both of Resaca. Seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00p.m. on Friday, December 16th from the Miracle Temple Church with the Revs. Adrian Craig and Jack Sanford officiating. Burial will follow in Miracle Temple Cemetery. The body of Eugene German will lie in state in the Miracle Temple Church both Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
