Emma "Becky" Rebecca Hardin

Emma Rebecca “Becky” Hardin, age 52 of Calhoun passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at her daughter’s residence. Becky was born on January 1, 1960 in Dallas, TX. Daughter of the late John Jack “Hacksaw” Hardin and Mardella Ryder Hardin. She was also preceded in death by a sister Johnnie Jo Hardin. Becky was a member of Living Water Ministries Church. She was a Mom to everyone, always ready to open her house to anyone in need, cooked for anyone who was hungry or provide shelter for those who did not have anywhere else to go. Survivors include; Two sons; Roger Alan Goolsby, Jr. and his wife Crystal of Calhoun and John Harvey “Randy” Goolsby and his wife Brook of Calhoun. One daughter; Amanda Dawn Estes and her husband Travis of Calhoun. Four brothers; J. Duwayne Hardin and his wife Dee of Ranger, Richard Hardin of Dallas, TX, Dennis Hill of Victorville, CA, and John Hardin, Jr. of Halton, TX. One sister; Vivian Hardin Harrison of Fort Worth, TX. Ten grandchildren; Daniel Lee Estes, Aiden Chandler Estes, Aislynn Dawn Estes, Elice Charity Goolsby, Houston Oliver Goolsby, Tristen Rain Goolsby, Shamblin Buchanan, Mayson Ford, Khylea Rae Johnson, and Carter Dow Johnson. Nieces; Nikki Buchanan and her husband Chuck and Candy Grice and her husband Shea. Several great-nieces and one great, great nephew also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, March 11th at 3:00p.m. from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Pastor Rick Adcock officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 11th from 2:00 – 3:00p.m. prior to the funeral and also after the funeral.
