Emily Etheridge Hall

Emily Etheridge Hall, age 57 of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 in Gordon Hospital. Emily was born on December 2, 1956 in Atlanta, GA to the late Oscar Burns and Lucille Davis Burns. She was a member of the Calhoun First Baptist Church and was formerly employed by Wachovia for over 20 years. She is survived by her husband, Ben Hall of Calhoun; one son, Adam Hall and his wife Kim of Woodstock, GA; one sister, Olivia Blalock and her husband Harold of Great Falls, Montana; two grandchildren, Reese Avery Hall and Rylan Brooke Hall both of Woodstock, GA; and mother-in-law, Helon Hall also survives. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 4th at 11:00am from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating. Janice Steelman will have charge of music. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Ed Collins, Sam Harwell, Donald Bowman, Mike Shivers, Lance Richards, Harry Harwell and Gene Erwin. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 3rd from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home.
