Ella Vee Cox, age 83 of Ranger, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Gordon Health & Rehabilitation. Ella was born on March 26, 1937 in Ranger, GA to the late Noah Webb Ralston and Jessie Williams Ralston. In addition to her parents, Ella, was also preceded in death by: her husband, Doyle Mack Cox; brother, J.R. “Junior” Ralston; and two sisters, Lois Coggins and Martha Parker. Ella is survived by: two sisters, Brenda Cornwell and Mary McGhee. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, July 9th at 1 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Garson Cornwell and Reverend Jeff Cronon officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Carmel Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are: Justus McGhee, Shane McGhee, Scottie Cornwell, Tyler McGhee, Jerome McGhee, and L.C. McGhee. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:30 AM until the funeral hour at 1 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
