Elena Tirado Ramirez

Elena Tirado Ramirez, age 59 of Calhoun, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 at Erlanger Health System. Elena was born on May 8, 1955 in Mexico to the late Onofre Ramirez Gonzalez and Rosario Tirado Jasso. She was a member of the St. Clement’s Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Ramon Rosas Loeza of Calhoun; four sons, Saul Rosas of Mexico, Ruben Rosas of Calhoun, Ramon Rosas of Mexico and Guadalupe Rosas of Calhoun; four daughters, Rosa Carrillo of Calhoun, Juana Rosas of Calhoun, Norma Rosas of Mexico and Leticia Rosas of Mexico; six brothers, Onofre Ramirez of Calhoun, Hector Ramirez of Calhoun, Rogelio Ramirez of Calhoun, Camerino Ramirez of Calhoun, Ruben Ramirez of California and Raquel Ramirez of Calhoun; thirty grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Saturday, February 21st at 7:00 PM from the St. Clement’s Catholic Church with Father Joseph Shaute officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 – 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
