Eleanor Ruth Turbeville

Mrs. Eleanor Ruth Turbeville, age 86, of Calhoun. Died Thursday morning August 13th in Gordon Health Care. Mrs. Turbeville was born in Chicago, IL. January 8, 1923. Daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Beatty Madasa. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who prior to her retirement had worked as a Ward Clerk for the Jefferson, Wisconsin County Home. Survivors include her son; Jerry Turbeville and his wife Helen of Calhoun. Three grandchildren; Cariann Turbeville Goldsby and her husband Michael of Madison, WI., Brain Turbeville and his wife Mary Jo of Cologne, MN., and Mark Turbeville and his wife Dustine of Big Lake, MN.. Four great grandchildren; Brandin Poppler, Blake, Emily, and Lindsey Turbeville. Her niece, Lois Howell of Chicago as well as several other nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday August 18th at 10am from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. With Dr. Brian Clark officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 until 8pm Monday evening.
