A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 7, at 4 pm at the Georgia-Cumberland Academy Seventh-day Adventist Church (351 Academy Drive, SW, Calhoun). Eleanor was a partner with her husband in the ministry of sharing the good news of God’s love. Her love for young people was apparent through her years of dedication to church youth groups, especially the Pathfinder clubs.
She loved to travel and enjoyed trips to places as diverse as the American southwest, Canadian Rockies, Prince Edward Island, England and Denmark. But her favorite place to be was anywhere her family was. Family vacations with Gene, her children and grandchildren to Orlando were a highlight every year.
