Dorothy June Watts

Monday, April 09, 2007 Mrs. Dorothy June Watts, age 75 of 5141 U.S. Highway 411, Fairmount, Ga. died Sunday April 8th. from injuries received in an automobile accident in Ga. Highway 53. Dorothy was born in Clayborn County, Tennessee on Dec. 8th. 1931 daughter of the late Green A. and Bertha Mae Roberts Bryant. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fairmount and was a homemaker and had worked for Lacey Mills. In addition to he parents she was preceded in death by her husband ; Marshall Watts in 1996, two sisters; Althea Stockdale and Helen Hendrix. Survivors include two sons; Randy Watts of Calhoun and Ricky Watts of Ranger, one brother; Green A. Bryant Jr. of Bay Port, Minnesota, and one sister; Pauline Pastor of Deerborn, Michigan, and two grandchildren; Warren and Reba Watts. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday April 12th from the First United Methodist Church of Fairmount with Rev. Bert Love officiating. Interment will follow in the Johnson Cemetery in Fairmount. The family will receive friends at the Thomas Funeral Home from 5:00 Until 9:00 P.M.on Wednesday evening. Pallbearers serving include R.L. Mathis, Calvin Watts, Dick Brown, and Daniel Chastain.
