Dorothy Louise Chan

Mrs. Dorothy Louise Chan, age 86, of Calhoun. Died Friday evening November 28th at the home of her niece. Dorothy was born September 26, 1922. Daughter of the late Henry Franklin and Nellie Belle Hollis Mount. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Harry Chan as well as three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her niece, Penny Collins and her husband Ed of Calhoun. Nephew, Lamar Cisson and his wife Frances of Ellenwood, Georgia. Great nephews and nieces, Lamar Cisson, Jr. and his wife Rachel of Atlanta. Lea Brown and Emma Brown of Fayetteville, Jennifer Collins, Sunshine Prater and her husband Eric all of Calhoun. Great great nephews, Trey, Collin, and Jaxon Prater all of Calhoun. Many other nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Monday December 1st at 10am from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. With Rev. Bill Collins officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 2pm at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2 until 5pm.
