Donald Lee Nadolski

Donnie “Truck” Nadolski, age 58 of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Gordon Hospital. Donnie was born on October 16, 1957 in Whitfield County to the late Thelma Bridges Carver and step-father, Johnny Carver. Donnie was a truck driver for Lamar Fox Trucking. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Donlisha; and three sisters, Crystal Carver, Sue Carver, and Cindy Carver. Survivors include his two sons, Austin L. Nadolski of Calhoun, and Abel L. Nadolski of New Hampshire; three brothers, Shon Carver and his wife Felicia of Cartersville, Michael Carver of Calhoun, and Arthur Carver of Lakeland, FL; sister, Sandra Carver of Gordon County; his companion, Priscilla Couch of Calhoun; and six grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, January 24th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Terry Timms officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Face Cemetery in Rocky Face, GA. Pallbearers serving will be Abel Nadolski, Michael Carver, Dakota Couch, Devin Childers, Mark Locklear and Shon Carver. Honorary Pallbearers will be Shane Hollingsworth and Austin Duke. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 4 until 7 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
