Don Groth

Don Groth, age 56 of Canton, passed away Wednesday, Novmeber 2, 2011 in Northside Hospital of Forsyth County. Don was born December 7, 1954 in St. Joe, Michigan. Son of the late Robert and Geraldine Robbins Groth. He was formerly a computer programmer at Publix. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Ott. Survivors include; Two brothers; Robert Groth Jr. of Bryceville, Florida, and Carl Groth and his wife Diane of Baroda, Michigan. Two sisters; Trudy Scroggs and her husband Fred, and Mary Ann Sheppard and her husband Steve both of Calhoun. One brother-in-law Jim Ott of Bryceville, Florida. Six nieces and six nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, November 5th at 4:00p.m. from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Rev. Steven Cochran officiating.
