Cynthia Chilton Weathers

Cynthia Chilton Weathers, age 65, of Tunnel Hill, passed away on Friday, August 7th, 2020 at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. Cynthia was born in Alameda, California on September 28, 1954, to the late John Chilton and Marian Anderson Chilton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Wayne Weathers in 2018. Cynthia was formerly employed by Western Plastics. She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church on Folsom Road and was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She was also a “lunch-buddy” to many elementary school students. Cynthia is survived by two sons, Allen Weathers, Jr and Daryl Weathers; two brothers, Mark Chilton and Jeff Chilton; two sisters, Terrie Greeson and Debbie Childress; 6 grandchildren, Kayla Weathers, Damon Fox, Liberty Fox, Arianna Weathers, Taylor Silvers, and Jonah Weathers; 1 great grandchild, Natalie McNabb. A private memorial service will be held at Tabernacle Baptist Church due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thomas Funeral Home has charge of arrangements for Cynthia Chilton Weathers, age 65, of Tunnel Hill.
