Connie DeAnna Stanfield Pettit, age 60, of Plainville, passed away Thursday afternoon, May 11th in Floyd Medical Center.
Connie was born August 31, 1962, in Calhoun, daughter of the late Robert James Stanfield and Bettie Gallman Stanfield. She was a graduate of Calhoun High School and attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Nasworthy.
She is survived by her daughter, Carley McFarland and her husband Daren; two sons, Austin Williams and Justin Williams; three sisters, Judy Clark and her husband David, Toni Fuller and her husband Tim, and Kathy Gullahorn and her husband Tommy; one brother, James Stanfield and his wife Chelsea; and her brother-in-law, Tommy Nasworthy. Four grandchildren, Zane, A.J., Amir and Genesis as well as several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday May 15th at 11am at Scott Cemetery with Judy Clark delivering the family eulogy. Pallbearers serving include Daren McFarland, Zane McFarland, Noah Allmon, David Clark, Andon Bailey, and Duane Nasworthy.
