Claude Daniel Brown

Claude Daniel Brown, age 73, of Chatsworth, Ga, passed away on Friday, March, 24, 2023 at his residence.

Dan was born on May 6, 1949, in Hayesville, North Carolina, son of the late Jay Brown and Irene Connard Chance. He was an avid member of Miracle Temple Church. Claude was employed by Beauleau Carpets for many years as a Hyster driver.  In addition to his parents, Claude was also proceeded in death by his daughter, Jainie Brown; three brothers, David Brown, Jerry Brown, and Bill Brown; sisters, Polly Chance and Betty Joe Fennimore.

Dan is survived by: his wife, Jearlean Davis Brown; two daughters, Judy Patterson and her husband Don McCullough, Teresa Cooper and her husband Rocky Silvers; one son, Terry Brown and his wife,  Ashley Gaines; three brothers, Allen Brown and his wife the late late Jessie Brown, Robert Brown and his wife, Ticy Brown, Sam Brown and his wife the late Kay Brown; and six grandchildren, Cody Brown, Harlie Brown, Robert Cooper, Chris Cooper, Ashley Dorries, and Jonathan Patterson, fifteen great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and other in-laws.

Funeral Service will be conducted Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend James Gravitt officiating. Burial will follow in Miracle Temple Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 27, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
