Clarence Michael Lambert

Clarence Michael “Mike” Lambert, Jr., age 71 of Calhoun, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at his residence. Mike was born on August 9, 1942 in Welch, VA to the late Clarence Michael Lambert, Sr. and Marion Eloise St.Claire. He was a truck driver for over 35 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Jacob Lambert. He is survived by his wife, Jane Cash Lambert of Calhoun; four sons, Michael Lambert, III and his wife Donna of Calhoun, Johnny W. Lambert and his wife Rebecca of South Bend, IN, Tommy Lambert and his wife Lynn of Calhoun, and Clinton Melton of Calhoun; two daughters, Missy Dawn Hardin and her husband Anthony of Calhoun, and Gina Bailey of Calhoun; one brother, Steve Lambert and his wife Linda of Chatsworth; three sisters, LaDonna Coffman of Calhoun, Rebecca Mason of Waynesville, NC, and Linda Cothran of Calhoun; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, December 6th at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with the Reverend Ricky Silvers officiating. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Zack Silvers, Travis Smith, Robbie Dotson, Kevin Lambert, Ricky Lynn, Baylie Bomar, Clinton Melton, and Andy Lambert.
