Charles Kenneth Gray

Charles Kenneth Gray, age 80 of Blairsville, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Charles was born on July 19, 1938 in Gordon County, GA to the late Riley Hamilton Gray and Etta Mae Crump Gray. In addition to his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by: a son, Stephen Gray; seven brothers, Odell, Roy, Ford, Malcolm, Ralph, James, and Walter Gray; and three sisters, Billie Gray, Julie Crowe, and Geraldine Brookshire. Charles was retired from C&S Shoes. Charles is survived by: two sons, Jared Gray and Ken Gray; and brother, Pat Grey; and two sisters-in-law, Lois Nell Gray and Susie Gray. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 11 AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Derreberry and Pastor Randy Sutherland officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Thomas Funeral Home towards final expenses.
