Candice Michelle Love Poore

Candice Michelle Love Poore, age 43, died Friday May 3rd at her residence following a sudden illness. Candice was born February 20, 1970 in Rome, Georgia, daughter of Mickey Love and Elaine Thomas Love, she was employed by the State of Georgia as a coordinator for the University of Georgia and was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dewey Thomas and Byron and Alma Love. Besides her parents she is survived by her husband, Clifford (Alabama) Poore, her grandmother, Dixie Godfrey, her children, Chaz Mezick and his wife Candace, Kalieb Crowder and Roni Love Harne and her husband Zack, her step-children, Patrick Poore, Boyce Poore, Spanky Poore, Genia, Tammy, and Tanya, one sister, DeeDee Love, four grandchildren, Walt and Levi Mezick, Gypsi Rose Crowder, Maci Harne. Three great-grandchildren as well as nineteen step-grandchildren also survive. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday May 7th at 12 noon from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Hibberts. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5 until 8pm.
