Mrs. Billie Evelyn Faith, 82, passed away in Calhoun, Georgia on August 10, 2015 following
an extended illness. Billie was born in Enterprise, Mississippi on May 10, 1933. She was the
daughter of the late Reverend Thaddeous G. Logan and the late Nellie Lee Logan. She was also
preceded in death by three brothers: Wallace Logan, Howard Logan and Lucian Logan and two
sisters: Virginia Valentine and Catherine Logan.
Billie was a longtime resident of Collinsville, Mississippi and a well known professional
who established her own successful business for a select group of individual, legal and
corporate clients in support of their accounting, tax and other business matters in the
Collinsville and Greater Meridian (Mississippi) Areas.
She was a very kind, generous and compassionate person with high integrity who always
had a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. In an earlier year, Billie was named a recipient
of the Civic Recognition Award. This award was presented to her in recognition of her untiring
efforts to inspire people to help others and improve their own communities. Other recipients
of this prestigious award have come from all walks of life and all 50 states.
Billie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert S. (Bobby) Faith who was the love of
her life. She is also survived by one stepson, Robert G. (Susan) Faith, one step-grandson, Travis
L. (Jennifer) Faith, one step-granddaughter, Amanda Faith and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial celebration of Billie's life is planned for a later time and will be held at the
Blackwood Springs Baptist Church in Calhoun. Thomas Funeral Home will be in charge of
arrangements.
