Betty Jo Fuller

Betty Jo Fuller, age 86 of Calhoun, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Gordon Hospital. Betty was born on May 1, 1928 in Bartow County, daughter of the late Newt House and Floy Boston. She was a member of the Belmont Baptist Church and was an executive secretary for Lawtex Industries. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Julian D. “Buck” Fuller and two sisters, Sara House and Sue Lowe. She is survived by three sons; Julian “Butch”Fuller and his wife Deborah of Salt Lake and step-granddaughter; Dani Casey, Rick Fuller of Calhoun and Peter Fuller of New Orleans, one brother; Jack House and his wife Bennie of Cartersville, two grandchildren Rick Fuller Jr., and Ashlee Murphy and her husband David and great-grandson; Kalen Murphy. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, March 21st at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery.
