Betty Louise Bunch Dyer

Betty Bunch Dyer, age 77 of Marietta and formerly Gordon County died August 15 at her residence. Betty was born in Gordon County, June 17, 1936, daughter of the late Grady Bunch and Mildred Allen Bunch, and also was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Dyer, a brother, Lamar Bunch, and a sister Frances Echols. She was a lifelong member of the Corinth Baptist Church. Betty is survived by one son, Wayne Dyer of Woodstock; 2 nephews, Larry Echols and his wife, Sherri, and David Echols and his wife Pam; two great nephews, Elliott and Evan Echols. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 20 at the Corinth Baptist Church with the Reverend Jimmy Timms officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with the Reverend Terry Timms in charge of graveside rites.
