Barbara Weddle

Mrs. Barbara Hill Weddle 75 of Calhoun, died Sunday May 23rd in Gordon Hospital. Following several months of decling health. She was born in Jasper Alabama on August 24, 1934 daughter of the late Henry Harding Hill and Willie Bell Higginbotham Hill. She was a home maker and a member of the 1st Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Ray Weddle of Calhoun, two sons; Matthew Weddle of Calhoun and Greg Weddle of Knoxville TN, one daughter; Susan Kasay of Athens GA, and one brother; Douglas Hill of Fairhope AL. Four grandchildren; Paul Kasay of Athens, Kaitlin Casey of Athens, Court Weddle of Seattle, and John Weddle of Pensacola. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday May 26 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Bert Vaughn officiating. Visitation will follow the memorial service in the 1st Baptist Church in the fellowship hall. In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gordon Hospital Foundation Board or St. Joseph's Indian School Chamberlain, SD-53326.
