Barbara Joann Wood Lewis

Barbara Joann Wood Lewis, age 89 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Morning Pointe Assisted Living.

Joann was born on March 21, 1934 in Portland, Indiana, daughter of the late John Edward Wood and Fern D. Metzner Wood. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank O. Lewis. Joann has been a resident of Gordon County, GA since 1999 and was a member of Calhoun First United Methodist Church. 

Joann is survived by her son, John Lewis.

A celebration of the life of Joann will be held at a later date.
