Andrew Moulton Ormeroid

Monday, May 11, 2009 Mr. Andrew “Andy” Moulton Ormeroid, age 31, of Calhoun. Died Saturday May 9th at his residence. Andy was born in Floyd County September 8, 1977. Son on Nancy Elrod Ormeroid and the late Thomas Fredrick “Fred” Ormeroid. He was a member of the Calhoun Church of Christ and was a 1996 graduate of Gordon Central High School. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Robert Ormeroid and Andrew Elrod. His aunt Susan Horn also precedes him. Survivors include his mother; Nancy Elrod Ormeroid. Brother; Chris Ormeroid. Grandparents; Ruth Ellen Ormeroid and Mary Frances Darby and her husband Lewis all of Calhoun. His uncles; Ronnie Elrod of Cartersville and Stephen Elrod of Birmingham, AL.. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday May 13th at 11am from the chapel of Thomas Funeral Home. With ministers Frank Mills and Scott Sides officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastview Cemetery in Adairsville with Minister Steve McCaslin in charge of graveside rites. Pallbearers include; Kirk Brown, Eddie Brown, Joe Barton, Randy Holland and Jeremy Baker. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 9pm.
