"Alex" Alexander Stephen Putnam

Tuesday, March 22, 2011 Alex Putnam, age 23 of Ranger, GA, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at his residence. Alex was born March 27, 1987 in Floyd County. Son of Donald Eugene Putnam, Jr. and Joyce Herndon Stennett. In addition to his parents, survivors include; his wife, Jessica Taylor Putnam; two sons; Christepher Stephen Putnam and Xander Thomas Eugene Putnam both of Ranger, GA; step-father; Tim Stennett of Ranger, GA; his best friend; Brandon Hicks of Ranger, GA; and brother; Adam Putnam of Chatsworth, GA. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00a.m. Thursday, March 24th at Thomas Funeral Home with moderator Brian Queen officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 23rd at the funeral home from 4:00 until 7:00p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alex Putnam memorial fund at Northside National Bank.
