Alene Tinch

Wednesday, March 16, 2011 Alene Tinch, age 89 of Calhoun, passed away Tuesday evening, March 15th in Gordon Health Care. Alene was born June 16, 1922 in Pickens County, Georgia. Daughter of the late James Alexander Stanfield and Minnie Wigington Stanfield. She was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Pickens County. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Bob Bradley. Survivors include; two sons; Jim and John Bradley both of Calhoun, one daughter; Donna Moore of Calhoun, one brother; Bob Stanfield of Jasper, Georgia, four sisters; Ollie Barnaski of Jasper, Georgia, Peggy Mosley of Jasper, Georgia, Jimmie Lee Eaton of Jasper, Georgia, and Hazel Stanfield of Marietta, Georgia. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren also survive. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00p.m. Sunday, March 27th at Thomas Funeral Home with Rev.
