A.C. McRee

A.C. McRee, Jr., age 89 of Adairsville, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018 in Redmond Regional Medical Center of Rome. A.C. was born on March 2, 1929 in Chatsworth to the late Albert McRee, Sr. and Zadie Cook McRee. In addition to his parents, A.C. was also preceded in death by: his wife, Mildred Durham McRee; son, Charles McRee; and father-in-law, William Henry Durham. A.C. was retired from General Motors of Detroit. A.C. is survived by: his two daughters, JoAnn Alford of Calhoun, and Sharon McRee of Adairsville; two grandchildren, Tony McRee of Adairsville and Kevin Alford of Japan; and two great-grandchildren also survive. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 27th from 2 PM until 4 PM. A Graveside Committal will be held immediately after the visitation in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.
